4. Payments

Payments may include subscriptions, retainers or project fees.
Once services or deliverables are completed, no refunds are provided.
We may suspend services for overdue payments.

5. Intellectual Property

Clients retain ownership of their content and AI outputs created for them.

AI’d retains ownership of its platform, tools, models, frameworks and branding.

Clients must not reverse engineer or replicate our systems.

6. Acceptable Use

Clients must not use our services to:

Violate any laws or rights

Cause harm, abuse, fraud or spread misinformation

Interfere with system security or function

We may suspend accounts immediately for violations.

7. AI Disclaimer

AI content may be faulty or incomplete.
Do not rely on AI output for medical, financial, legal or regulated advice.
You must verify all outputs before use.
AI’d is not liable for any losses resulting from reliance on outputs.

8. Service Availability

We may update or discontinue features as necessary.
We aim to provide reasonable notice for significant changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total fees paid in the last 12 months.
We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
Nothing excludes liability where prohibited by law.

10. Termination

You may cancel anytime.

We may terminate accounts immediately if:

There is misuse

Payments remain outstanding

Terms are breached

11. Confidentiality

Both parties must protect confidential information and use it only for service delivery.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by UK law.
Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the UK courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update Terms periodically. Continued use means acceptance of updated Terms.
